Visits and orders
Do I need to book a tasting?
Not for one or two people — just walk in. For six or more, send a note a few days ahead and Mojca will open all eleven honeys, about forty minutes, €8 a head, refunded against jars.
Can I see the hives?
On four Saturdays each summer we take eight people to the Jelovica hives, suits provided. Dates go out in the harvest letter first.
Do you sell to shops and restaurants?
Yes, in 3 kg tins and cases of a dozen jars, for a handful of kitchens and delis in Gorenjska and Ljubljana. Choose “Shops and restaurants” in the form.
How does the heather waitlist work?
Leave your email in the form. When the September flow is jarred, around 14 November, we write in the order names arrived and hold two jars for each of you for a week.
