Delivery, setting and returns

What does delivery cost, and how long?

€3.90 within Slovenia, one to two working days. €8.90 to the rest of the EU, three to five working days. Free on orders over €45. We pack on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so no jar sits in a depot over a weekend.

My runny honey has gone cloudy. Is it spoiled?

No — raw honey sets as it cools; it is the surest sign it was never heated. Stand the jar in a bowl of warm water, no hotter than your hand likes, and it clears in twenty minutes.

Can I send a jar back?

Unopened jars within 14 days, for a full refund; we send the return label. A jar that arrives cracked is replaced the same week — a photo by email is enough.

How should I keep comb honey?

In its box, at room temperature, away from the window. Never in the fridge — the cold turns the honey in the cells grainy. It keeps for a year, though it rarely lasts a month.

Is it safe for small children?

Not for babies under a year old — no raw honey is. From their first birthday, a small spoon of acacia or lime is the gentlest start.
